First off. Chase didn't vote. He did explain the reasoning on why he couldn't vote. He did not leave a Bootlist, but we will accept a 'no-vote' this TC as Chase couldn't have known the IC would be earlier then expected. So I will only have 5 votes to show tonight. (No Ties)
